Frank Paradise – President

 I’m the proud father of 6, grandfather of 9 and great grandfather.  My wife Pat and I joined the Charter Oak Hills family in April of 2019 when we purchased our “forever” home.  We reside here with our youngest son, William.

I’ve lived almost half my life in Oklahoma and Pat is a native-born Oklahoman.  I hold a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma City University in Finance, and a master’s degree from Michigan State University in Financial and Statistical Analysis.

Following my service in the United States Marine Corps, our family owned and operated several companies culminating in our current business of 20 years, the manufacture of ceramic products.

My wife of 45 years is a career public servant, retiring a year ago from the Department of Homeland Security/FEMA.

David Douglas – Vice President

 My wife, Joy, and I moved to the neighborhood in May of 2014.  I am originally from Edmond, I served I the United States Marine Corps, and I am retired commercial pilot.  I look forward to meeting and working with the residents of Charter Oak Hills.

Nathan Wickersham – Treasurer

 First and foremost, I am a Christian.  I attend Faith Bible Church in Edmond, OK.  My wife and I are raising three daughters after moving them from Indiana in 2022.  I am the current director of operations for Tri-State Floors, Inc., a role that I take great pride in.  We cover Oklahoma, Arkansas, and southwest Missouri, and under my leadership, our company has been at the forefront of installing, maintaining, and repairing sports arenas in the tri-state region.

I served for 8 years in the US Army Medical Corps.  I attended Anderson University for Public Relations and Vocal Performance.  I have worked in many fields, some of which include personal and commercial lines insurance, the Airline Industry, and a family-operated lawn care and landscaping company.

I am excited about the opportunity to serve our community.  I look forward to fostering open communication and bringing innovative ideas to our community.

 Dave Lenehan – Secretary

I grew up in Cape Cod, Mass. Met my wife Janet in college in the 80s and we have three grown boys who live in Ohio, OKC, and Virginia. I have worked as a radio broadcaster, radio school instructor, conference director, event coordinator, school assembly coordinator, and audio engineer. I’m a seasoned small group leader, youth leader, public speaker, trainer, and logistics manager. My work has covered non profits, higher education and broadcasting.

I enjoy writing and have a Masters in Professional Writing. Most recently, I wrote for a human interest magazine in central VA.

Fun fact: we spent nine months overseas in southern Africa as missionaries in the early 90s and our second son Caleb was born there.

Janet and I love to hike, go kayaking, and spend loads of time with our dear granddaughter. We’ve lived at Coyote Run since September 2024. Most of all we love God and LOVE spending time at the ocean. There’s nothing like it to sooth one’s soul.

Matt Waddell – Member

 My name is Matt Waddell, and I’m a husband, father of four kids and three dogs!  I’ve been an electrician my whole life and just recently passed my electrical contractor’s test.  We have lived in Charter Oak Hills since 2020 and we love it!
