The Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, Rules, and Regulations are established in a continuing effort to maintain aesthetic benefits in our community and high property values. Compliance must be maintained for the respect of all neighbors within Charter Oak Hills.
Property values are maintained and elevated when neighbors comply with the Covenants set by all Association members and the Board for the respect and welfare of all.
